'ONE STOP SHOP'
for the management of local law offences.
BTA P/L is equipped to provide a comprehensive service for the management of fines from the initial courtesy letter through to finalisation of the matter through the Courts or, to whatever point Council desires. Our service is fully supported by trained and experienced administrative and field staff, modern equipment and a specially developed database package.

Our service conducts a physical door-knock at the addresses of unpaid fines.
- a physical door knock ensures that only confirmed addresses are referred to Court, thus saving your Council unrecoverable Court lodgement fees.
- at point of contact, BTA P/L Field Officers advise the offender of the outstanding matter and provide information regarding available options for resolution including part payment options.
- matters that eventually end up in Court, are supported with a Statutory Declaration detailing the history of activities undertaken to date.
- we recognise the importance of effective public relations for your Council and our Field Officers are professionally trained in negotiation and customer service and are carefully selected on the basis of their firm, yet polite, manner.
- using this service for the management of local law offences, will usually achieve resolution for Council within two (2) months of the work being received by BTA P/L.
BTA P/L also provides a
Local Laws Infringement Prosecutions Service for matters that remain outstanding following door-knock activities.
